I’ve recently signed up to do the Couch to 5K training with a group at our Westside Fitness Facility with Gina. It starts the week of April 15th meeting twice a week continuing until June when they’ll have the ME FIRST 5K. I plan on running (jogging/walking) it, it’ll be my first official 5K. I’m kind of excited and nervous. I’m not much of a runner. I’ll keep you updated on my progress.
