Winter is coming.  It’s the end of October already, Halloween is this week and Thanksgiving is in a month.  What happens around these two holidays?  Mindless snacking and overeating often plague us.  How do we combat this?  Good question.  Please leave your tips and suggestions for avoiding these in the comment below.

I’m (Tracie) going to be busy in the month of November working on NaNoWriMo, attempting to write a novel (50,000 words) in 30 days.  So if you don’t see a weekly post that’s why.  I’m going to ask the others to post something during this month.
